Our first community is comprised of two private residences, a large pool with a natural stone water feature, and a deluxe rancho complete with outdoor bar, barbeque, showers and separate bathroom. These residences will be the model homes for future clients to experience next level design and the extreme attention to detail in these unique turn-key properties. They will also be available for rent if you want to try before you buy.

FEATURES

A few of the distinct features of these homes include three fold away window walls that allow a nice cross breeze and unobstructed views of both mountains and the ocean. The large covered deck gives you a true indoor / outdoor experience of living in the tropics of Costa Rica. Each home comes fully furnished with highly custom interiors featuring Kohler fixtures, unique lighting, a huge kitchen with tons of storage with island and bar. This thoughtfully designed interior was created around unique individual spaces for relaxing, working, dining and entertaining.

Every detail was carefully designed to make the most use of all 1800 square feet. These homes were built with the environment in mind starting with the 100% recycled roof tiles (that boast an impressive 50 year warranty) to the LED lighting throughout. The custom windows are top of the line vinyl produced to look like wood giving the best performance without compromising aesthetic. The impressively high ceilings and woven mat ceiling treatment accentuate the large open floor plan while the herringbone teak floors adorning the master bedroom, give you that true Bali style . These homes are a true masterpiece of craftsmanship inside and out. Each piece of furniture was custom designed specifically for this residence using local sustainable materials and local artisans.

LOCATION

Our community is called Vista Bella (in the coastal town of Marbella) and it is conveniently located between the larger communities of Tamarindo and Nosara, 45 minutes to the North and South. We are also just 20 minutes from Avellanas where those aspiring to take up surfing can find a more forgiving surf break while those of you who prefer to watch, can enjoy Lola’s cuisine and beach bar. Another great nearby beach community is Playa Negra, again just about 20 minutes from the property. This is another very popular surf break and the town offers may dining options as well.

There are a couple small “pulperia’s”, think Seven Eleven, where you can get ice, some produce, snacks and beverages right in town just a few minutes from the property. There is also a local bakery and a few restaurants for dining options. When your grocery list requires a little more, there are several large grocery stores in Tamarindo about 45 minutes away.

When traveling to our part of Costa Rica, we suggest flying into Liberia, making a stop in Villa Real or Tamarindo for groceries before heading to Vivir La Vida. There is also an options for grocery delivery if desired. The airport is newly renovated and just a ninety minute drive from the property. The airport is also the best place to pick up some great rum and tequila in the duty free on your way out of the airport.
